Thank you for reviewing the official website for Chesterfield County (SC) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action are paramount. My name is Takeda LeGrand, and I have the esteemed pleasure of serving as the 7th President of this committed chapter of our illustrious sisterhood. Our commitment along with community support has resulted in our ability to deliver stellar programs and services to the citizens of Chesterfield County for more than 26 years! We cordially invite you to join us in our programming efforts centered on the Sorority’s Five Point Programmatic Thrust: Economic Development; Educational Development; International Awareness and Involvement; Physical and Mental Health; and Political Awareness and Involvement. A few of our signature programs include the Delta Academy and Delta GEMS, Jabberwock Scholarship Pageant, Adopt-a-Highway-Palmetto Pride, and Back-to- School Supply Drive. If you are involved in efforts aligned to the aforementioned areas of focus, we welcome the opportunity to discuss partnership opportunities. Together we are all better! We extend a special invitation to sorors to attend our chapter meetings, community service projects, and sisterhood events to experience Chesterfield County (SC) Alumnae Chapter’s sisterly love.
